Software & Communication Subscription Information: All software and communication subscription renewals are payable by credit card. By purchasing this subscription, Purchaser authorizes Trailer Alarms, LLC to automatically charge the credit card on file each year for renewal of the software and communication subscription for a period of up to five (5) years from the initial activation date, unless canceled in accordance with Trailer Alarms, LLC policies. Annual renewal charges will be processed on or about the anniversary date of the subscription. Fees cannot be prorated or transferred. Cellular Communication Service Agreement: Purchaser expressly understands and agrees that it has no contractual relationship whatsoever with the underlying wireless service provider or its affiliates or contractors and that Purchaser is not a third-party beneficiary of any agreement between Trailer Alarms, LLC and the underlying carrier. In addition, Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the underlying carrier and its affiliates and contractors shall have no legal, equitable, or other liability of any kind to Purchaser, and Purchaser hereby waives any and all claims or demands therefor. Purchaser acknowledges that this is a recurring subscription service and that annual charges will continue automatically for up to five (5) years unless the subscription is canceled prior to the renewal date.
